Special Sturgis Rally Reservation Rules and Rate Structure
To reserve Tyburn Crown Lodge, more than a year in advance, ½ of the full rental + security deposit + taxes is required, at the time of the booking. On August 1st approximately one year prior to the start of the rally reservation, the balance of the rental is due, and will automatically be charged to the guest’s credit card.
If it becomes necessary to cancel a reservation a guest may apply the full rental amount paid to a future reservation which can be used for anytime the Lodge is not already reserved (not just the Sturgis Rally) and no cancellation fee will be charged. However, if the guest would prefer money back in lieu of rescheduling, they will be subject to the following “Sturgis Rally” cancellation fees:
- A cancellation fee of 25%, of the full rental amount, will be Charged for a cancellation with notice of more then a year, if notice is given on or before the 1st of August prior to the Sturgis Rally reservation.
- A cancellation fee of 50%, of the full rental amount, will be Charged for a cancellation if notice is given after August 1, approximately 1 year prior to the Sturgis Rally reservation and before March 1, approximately 6 months prior to the Sturgis Rally reservation.
- If notice is given on March 1, or after, approximately 6 months prior to the Sturgis Rally reservation the full rental amount will be Charged as a cancellation fee.
If a guest reschedules one or more times and then decides that they would prefer money back in lieu of rescheduling, the largest penalty amount that would have been applicable will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Our Sturgis Rally Rates apply from the Friday night preceding the Rally to and including Sunday night, the last day of the Rally. (Contact us for Rental Rates.)
