Rates for Rental of the Lodge
All prices reflect nightly rates before taxes.

Peak Season Rates  (Memorial Day weekend - Labor Day weekend):

  • $225 per night (2 night minimum stay)
  • $1350 per week (7th night free)

Exceptions:

  • $250 per night on Memorial Day weekend
  • $250 per night on Crazy Horse Volksmarch (first weekend in June)
  • $250 per night on Labor Day weekend
  • $300 per night on 4th of July weekend (call for details)
  • $400 per night for the Sturgis Rally 08 (2 Night Minimum Stay)

Off Season Rates 

From the Tuesday after Labor Day weekend until the Thursday evening before Memorial Day:

  • $125 per night (3 night minimum stay)
  • $750 per week (7th night free)
Exceptions:

  • $150 per night during Custer State Park Buffalo Roundup Week (First week of October)
  • $150 per night for Thanksgiving (Wed 23rd - Mon 27th)
  • $150 per night from Christmas Eve - New Year's Day (3 night minimum)

Payment Policy:

  • Full payment plus security deposit of $420. (Refund of security deposit subject to property inspection after checkout.)

Refund/Cancellation/Change Policy:

  • If you need to cancel a reservation, you may apply the amount paid to the amount due on a future rental (subject to availability) with no cancellation fee.

However, if you prefer money back in lieu of rescheduling, you will be subject to the following cancellation fees:

  • A cancellation fee of 25% of full rental amount will be charged for a cancellation with notice of more than 3 months prior to the reservation.
  • A cancellation fee of 50% of full rental amount will be charged for a cancellation with notice of more than 2 months prior to the reservation.
  • The full rental amount will be charged as a cancellation fee if notice is not given prior to two months before the reservation.

If a guest reschedules one or more times and then decides that they would prefer money back in lieu of rescheduling, the largest penalty amount that would have been applicable will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Notes:

  • Lodge Housekeeping comes in after your departure.

  • Check-in time must be no earlier than 5pm

  • Check-out time no later than 10:30am to allow housekeeping sufficient time to get the place ready for the next guests. Thank you.

  • Currently no land line phone service

  • Cell phone reception is good with some providers.

  • Rates and policies are subject to change without notice.
