The lodge is rented for a minimum of 2 nights during the peak season and 3 nights during the off season.

- Upstairs sleeping accommodations: 1 Queen Bed in a bedroom, 1 Full Bed in a second bedroom, 1 Queed Bed in a third bedroom, 1 Futon & 1 Cot in the loft.
- Main floor sleeping accommodations: 1 Twin Bed in a fourth bedoorm & 1 Fold out Full couch in the living room.
- Lodge rates are based on a total of 8 adults, $25 per additional adult. (Maximum: 13 persons -adults & children) High School students and younger children free, when accompanied by an adult.
- Groups beyond ten persons need to bring their own air mattresses and sleeping bags or cots and bedding, once the lodge’s sleeping accommodations, listed above, are occupied.
- Fully Equipped Kitchen
- 1/2 bathrooms, the large bathroom provides a double sink/vanity space, as well as separate privately portioned areas for both the shower and toilet.”
